Hi, my name is Dallas. I have been in the jewelry business for
almost 25 years now; the last four years working at Serenity
Diamonds. I work with a great group of people and management that
show how much they appreciate you - this means a lot to me.
I enjoy what I do and it is very exciting when a customer finds that
special piece of jewelry that they absolutely fall in love with. I
have even had customers bring in pictures showcasing their purchase
and I love hearing about the different ways that they presented
their gift. Each purchase is special regardless how large or small
and knowing that I played a small part in this is very rewarding.
A positive attitude and a friendly smile when serving your customer
makes all the difference. I am here to make sure my customers leave
extremely happy with their purchases - if they’re happy then I’m
happy.
My other interests are decorating (especially for Christmas which is
my favorite time of year). I also enjoy taking trips on my
motorcycle with my husband and volunteering at my church. I enjoy
spending time with my family and friends. I am a very organized
person and am focused on everything that I do.

I have been working at Serenity Diamonds for nearly a year. My main
goal is to provide customer service that guarantees every customer
leaves with a smile.

I’m a university student and have been working at Serenity Diamonds
in my off-time for the past two years now. I love the environment at
the store, not only because of the great customers I get to meet on
a daily basis, but also because my fellow employees are wonderful
people to work with. I’ve learned a great deal about jewelry,
gemstones, repairs and more by working here and am always being
given more opportunities to learn and improve my skills as a sales
representative.
Although there are many dynamic and fascinating details to discover
in the jewelry business, my greatest experiences to date have been
due to the people I have met. Whether it’s a customer that I’ve been
given an opportunity to get to know through a sale or a repair, a
sales representative from one of our many suppliers, or a friendly
face from the community, the stories and knowledge that all of these
individuals have provided for me have been great.
